Usage: conversations, submitted files, generated images, preferences (language, theme), usage counters.

Technical: IP address, device type, security logs.

Providing the service and managing the account (performance of the contract).

Billing and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Stripe, for payments, subscriptions and invoices.

Transfers outside the EU

Some service providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention period

Account data is retained for as long as the account exists. You may delete your conversations at any time. Billing data is retained for the statutory periods. The data is then deleted or anonymized.

You may lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in France: the CNIL).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of communications, segregation of data by user, access control.

Cookies

We only use storage essential to operation (login session, language, theme). No advertising cookies are used.
