These terms govern paid subscriptions to MARCUS sold by Djibril Thiam BARRO (MarcusMarvels).

Plans and prices

The plans (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise), their limits and their prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is made by bank card through our secure payment provider Stripe. We do not retain your card details.

Term and renewal

The subscription is monthly or annual and renews automatically at the end of each term until terminated.

Plan changes

An upgrade or downgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated adjustment.

Termination

You may terminate at any time from your subscription area. Termination takes effect immediately and your account reverts to the Free plan.

Refund

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the order. To request a refund, write to contact@marcusmarvels.com from your account's email address.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have 14 days to withdraw. By requesting immediate access to the service, you agree to its performance before the end of this period; the 30-day guarantee remains applicable.
