The service

MARCUS is an online artificial intelligence assistant that helps with writing, analysis, planning and content creation. Certain features depend on the selected plan.

Account

You must be of legal age or have your representative's authorization, and have the authority to bind your organization if you act on its behalf.

You provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Prohibited uses

Using MARCUS for illegal activities, fraud, spam, infringement of the rights of others (intellectual property, privacy), or the creation of deceptive deepfakes, hateful content or malware is prohibited.

Circumventing technical or security limits (jailbreaking, automated extraction, system probing), reverse engineering or reselling the service is prohibited.

Your content and the responses

You remain responsible for your requests, the files you submit and your use of the responses. You must hold the rights to the content submitted.

You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify them; they do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without human supervision.

Moderation and reporting

We may reject, filter or remove content, and restrict or suspend an account in the event of abuse.

A rights holder may report infringing content to contact@marcusmarvels.com. Repeated infringements result in account closure.

Intellectual property

The software, documentation and trademarks remain the property of Djibril Thiam BARRO. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, within the limits of your plan.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months. Indirect damages (loss of profits, data or reputation) are excluded, except in cases of fraud, personal injury or where prohibited by law.

You indemnify us against any claim related to your content or unlawful use.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations.

After closure, your data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

Miscellaneous

Force majeure: neither party is liable for a delay caused by an event beyond its control.

You may not assign this contract without consent; we may assign it in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Governing law and competent courts: those of the publisher's country, subject to consumer protection rules.
